Otto cycle

A heat engine is a combination of processes completing a cycle. Gas power cycles are cycles of those heat engines in which the working fluids remain in a gaseous state throughout the cycle. The performance of a heat engine is measured in terms of thermal efficiency (ηth). Cycle efficiency is the ratio of network output (Wnet) divided by Heat supplied (Qs).
